Ecuador
Land-locked Ecuador is
one of South America’s smallest countries, being only a little
larger than the UK. Quito the capital lies along the ‘avenue of the
volcanoes’, a valley that nestles between two volcanic mountain
ranges. To the east lies the tropical rainforest of the upper
Amazonian basin. Then of course there are the magical Galapagos
Islands. This is a superb adventure holiday destination.
